It seems that there COULD be a 16GB iPhone die for release any time soon. MacRumors forumn member JimPo has posted these 2 pictures of the alleged 16GB iPhone, which have been confirmed by an un-named Apple source.

Only time will tell if these are true photos or a very good Photoshop fake!

We have noticed a few things that are a concern:
- on the front of the box, the calculator icon has reverted back to the old style
- on the setting page, there is no gap between the version number (1.1.2) and the build code

So don’t hold your breath!
